The 2009 edition of IAB Forum drew to a close on 4 November: once again it provided a valuable opportunity for companies involved in developing innovative e-mail marketing projects to come together and exchange ideas. Our CEO, Maurizio Fionda, together with Fabio Masini (Senior Project Manager) presented our technological solution for measuring customer satisfaction using e-mail.  
E-mail marketing can be an extremely effective tool for collecting feedback and automatically managing contextual responses, which not only help communication but also ensure customer retention over time. 
Our platform manages loyalty through specially designed triggered message programmes which are profiled according to the user's specific needs and are directly integrated into the company's CRM.
